Welcome to our website!
Black Real Estate Professionals of Michigan (BREPM) is a nonprofit
organization, which facilitates individual capacity building services for underrepresented consumers in the real estate market.
Through a series of workshop, BPREM, with its volunteer workshop presenters, provide home buying education services which
include, but are not limited to budgeting, credit repair, minor home repair, reviewing legal documents, etc. Said communities
include, but are not limited to Lansing, Grand Rapids, Muskegon, Kalamazoo and Battle Creek.

Through an array of partnerships with local faith based institutions, BREPM impact communities throughout the State of
Michigan. Services offered by BREPM include:
1. Budgeting
2. Credit Repair
3. Minor Home Repair
4. Reviewing Legal Documents
At BREPM, we endeavor to accomplish our mission by: |
- Providing a meaningful forum in which members
can express their opinions and exchange ideas with people across all segments of the real estate community
- Sharing information that enables members to
adapt to industry changes influenced by advancements in technologies;
- Supporting the greater Black community in Michigan
in its efforts to achieve representation in government regulatory issues related to real estate.
- Empowering Black real estate professionals through
educational tools and programs that teach members to understand and effectively handle the cultural distinctions of their
clients.
